Refund Policy

Prior to 24-hours from the Initial Consultation appointment time, Match Made In Heaven LLC allows the appointment to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please reach out to us at info@matchmadeinheaven11.com to reschedule or cancel an appointment. In your email, include your full name, appointment date and time, phone number and the reason for the reschedule or cancellation. Rescheduled appointments must be done manually by a MMIH member to avoid a second charge. Cancellation requests received via email more than 24-hours prior to the appointment time will be issued a full $29.00 refund of the Consultation fee, back to the original credit card. Refunds must also be approved and processed manually by a MMIH member. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear at your financial institution.

No refunds will be issued for Initial Consultations appointments cancelled after the 24-hour window prior of the appointment time or for no-shows.

Refunds will not be issued for Match Made In Heaven matchmaking services (see Disclaimer and Terms of Service policies). In the unlikely event of a no-show situation for a first meeting date arraigned by MMIH, we will continue to work with the client that did attend. Such client will be entitled to a different match and first meeting date in the future. Any client that fails to attend a first meeting date arraigned by MMIH, will forfeit any claims of a refund and further matchmaking services.

MMIH reserves the right to make changes to our refund policy.

We will make any necessary exceptions in cases of natural disasters and to comply with government declarations and regulations.
